Memories flooding my mind
A search indeed of past life
The sounds of a gardener at first light
The smell of morning morning dew
The wind rustling through
A family of new life
Strong when nurtured
Weak when neglected
The cycle of life.

This picture and your poem made me verbally say wow after reading it. It is such a unique and creative way to look at nature and how some things in life are more interesting to think or write about if we take a step back. Instead of writing in the first person, you take a new perspective which I think is really cool and interesting. ~ Nelson N

The picture you took is amazing. It really caught my eye because I never saw this before, so I was wondering what it was. The way you wrote was nice, I liked how it all flowed together good. -Sanae

This poem was really beautiful, obviously to go along with these beautiful flowers. What drew me in for this article was the picture of the vibrant pink flowers on this plant, but I really like how you were able to invoke really good imagery and bring that vibrancy into your poem again. I think a really strong line was the “Strong when nurtured/ Weak when Neglected.” Amazing job!
