How am I doing?

I am doing ok I guess…

These last few weeks have been some of the slowest, most boring and uneventful in my recent memory. This is not totally a bad thing, and this will not last forever.

It has been very interesting trying to figure out ways to stay sane while not seeing friends, not doing outside home activities, and not being totally at ease with recent world events.

Though it may not be totally compliant with the stay at home order, what I have been doing to kill time is just driving around. I don’t want to get sick or get anyone sick, so I do not really step out of my car at all. I just hop in and start driving, sometimes for an hour, maybe two.

Not to anywhere in particular, but I like to put a decent gap between myself and my family. I love them and they have been very decent during this whole mess. It is just nice to get away from them for a little while.

Gas is cheap, and the roads are empty. The picture above was taken somewhere far but not to far away from home. I do not remember where it was taken. After that drive, I came home and studied for a Stat Exam.

These recent events are very serious. With that being said, it is important that we take care of ourselves, and keep others in mind. This is a real mess, but it will not last forever. It may even begin to return to normal by summer. Washington state (first recorded hotspot in the US) is already seeing a decline in cases, as is worse hit places in Italy.

This will come to an end.
