Paul about Alex:
Alex Kitsmarishvili was born in the country of Georgia. I find this fascinating as Georgia is a small country in Eastern Europe. I have never met anyone from this part of the world before. Alex says that while visiting the country he noticed how good the food was, and how legal weed is. Alex lives in the 1300 dorm building. He spends a lot of his spare time playing Smash Bros on his Nintendo Switch, and massive multiplayer online games on his custom-built PC. Alex’s roommates are very interesting. One of them spends most of his time sleeping, and the other repairs vapes. The vape repairman lives in the crawl space underneath Alex’s bed. Alex seems to enjoy the company of these two, as did I during my visit. Alex is studying political science at Temple. He and I had a small political discussion together during our first english class together. I learned that he leans left on most issues. Despite just starting his political science education at Temple, he seems very knowledgeable on a lot of things. Alex decided to take Freeman’s late evening English class because another one of his friends is also in the class.
Alex about Joe:
Joe is someone who, despite being so tall, is actually quite a reserved and quiet person. The first time we really interacted was in the morgan food court where we all got our own food and walked a block over to my dorm in 1300. There I got to learn more about Joe. Joe is currently a sophomore and undecided but on his way to being an accounting major. I didn’t understand all of the details but he is saving money by declaring his major later, pretty big brain of him. He lives slightly off-campus in temple affiliated housing. Something that stuck out as pretty cool was the fact that Joe plays rugby for Temple. Unexpectedly he told me he hasn’t played football in the past but that he did play lacrosse and some other sports. I also learned that Joe has an interest similar to me in custom-built computers, but honestly, he knows way more than me. I asked for some help with an issue I’ve been running into and Joe was quick to help with that as well. Joe and I also both like to sometimes play videogames but quite different ones. I’m more of a multiplayer kinda guy while he prefers more obscure and highbrow titles.
Joe about Paul:
Paul Ziegler is not from Philadelphia and stays in the dorms on campus. He is also a freshman. He is in fox and is looking to potentially get an MIS degree as it works with the job he has currently. He works in a tech job during the summer and on breaks. One of the reasons he is getting a degree is to help in his current job. Paul strikes me as a driven person and determined person, for example, he has worked on an Ancient Roman style Minecraft world for a few months. I probably would have stopped and moved on a while ago but he knows what he wants and how to do it. He had Freeman last year which was the reason for him taking this particular class due to enjoying Freeman has a professor. Other than that, Paul strikes me as someone who is opinionated but not detrimentally like a lot of people these days, if we don’t agree on something he seems like someone able to see where the other side is coming from and understand why someone thinks a certain way. Overall Paul is a good person to have a conversation with since he listens well and can articulate his position also.
